My Favorite Place - Galapagos

WHY IS GALAPAGOS MY FAVORITE PLACE EVER...

I Was very young when I traveled their, yet something about that place stole my heart. It was magical, wildlife everywhere, at the market we saw seal just flop up the steps and beg for scraps of food. We went snorkeling, though it was unlike no where else, so natural, untouched, like mankind never made an appearance. The water was so clear and I saw animals of all kind. A seal just came up to me, and it was like something out of a fairy tale, I grabbed his flipper and swam along side him for a good 100 feet, before in my mind I thought i went to far, but in reality my dad was right behind me. My dad and I swam over eels and stingrays, we saw every type of fish you could imagine, it was my paradise. The tortoises, oh their wisdom and power, some reaching the age of over 100, wandering the island. As well as the beaches, crystal clear water with bleached white sand, at which one beach a seal came up and barked in Ansleys face, it was hilarious! In addition to tortoises, I remember these huge iguanas, what beauties were they! Intimidating beasts of the land, who caught me by surprise. Their power and size gain these beasts great respect. The whole land was so dedicated to nature, it was incredible!I Loved Galapagos with all my heart, and it has built an ever lasting impact in my soul, and will never be forgotten.
